✅ Important Information for Accepted Authors

📝 Presenter Registration is Mandatory
At least one presenting author must register for the congress within the specified deadline. Abstracts without a registered presenter may be withdrawn from the scientific programme.

⏳ Early Bird Registration Deadline: 28 February 2026

📅 Final Deadline for Presenters to Register: 15 March 2026

⚠️ We strongly encourage early registration to benefit from reduced fees and to allow timely finalisation of the scientific schedule.
