About talk
The talk will begin with discussing epidemiology of sleep disorders across spectrum. Subsequently ICSD-3 followed by role of various evaluation instruments including questionnaires, sleep log, actigraphy and overnight PSG will be enumerated. In a tabulated form, clinical features and therapeutic strategies will be briefly described. Some relevant therapeutic studies in Pediatric Sleep will be mentioned. Subsequently representative cases will be briefly described to understand diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in real life scenarios. The talk will conclude with take home messages.
