Le pronostic est généralement favorable, mais il reste étroitement lié à la sévérité de l’atteinte électrophysiologique ains...

    La polyradiculonévrite chronique (PRNC/PIDC) est une affection démyélinisante, acquise, chronique, présumé d’origine auto-immun. Elle apparait en moyen vers l’âge de 7 ans. Le pronostic est généralement favorable, mais il reste étroitement lié à la sévérité de l’atteinte électrophysiologique ainsi qu’au délai de mise en route de la prise en charge.
