Dr. Vaishakh Anand is an Associate Professor in Pediatric Neurology at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, India and is affiliated with the Amrita Advanced Centre for Epilepsy. He completed his DM in Pediatric Neurology and MD in Pediatrics from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.
His clinical and research interests include epileptic encephalopathies, pediatric epilepsy, neurometabolic disorders, and dietary therapies in epilepsy. He has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Epilepsy and as South Zonal Associate Editor of the Journal of the Academy of Pediatric Neurology.
Dr. Anand is actively involved in teaching and academic initiatives, including national and international training programs in pediatric neurology and epilepsy.
